Welcome to the Mio Mars website terms and conditions
for use. We recommend that you read them carefully before placing
your order. By utilising the Mio Mars website and/or placing an
order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions as set

No contract will commence between you and Mio Mars
for the sale by it to you of any product unless and until Mio
Mars accepts your order by email confirming that it has despatched
your product. For the avoidance of doubt, any such contract will
be deemed to have been concluded in the United Kingdom. Further,
any such contract will be interpreted, construed and enforced
in all respects in accordance with the laws of England, and you
and Mio Mars irrevocably agree to submit to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the English Courts. Mio Mars shall not be liable
to any person for any loss or damage, which may arise from the
use of any of the information contained in any of the materials
used in this website. All rights, including copyright, in this
website are owned or licenced to Mio Mars. Any use of the site
or its contents, including copying or storage in whole or part,
other than for personal use, is strictly prohibited without prior
permission from Mio Mars. To the fullest extent as permitted at
law, Mio Mars is providing this website and its contents on an
"as is" basis and makes no (and expressly disclaims
all) representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied,
with respect to this website or the information, contents, materials
or products included in this website including, but without limitation,
warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
All disclaimers and exclusions included in these terms and conditions
shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English
Law. Should any provision of these disclaimers and exclusions
be deemed to be unlawful, void or for any other reason unenforceable,
then that provision will be deemed to be severable and shall not
affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Delivery & Packing
Our aim is to despatch all orders within 36 hours of receipt
and credit card authorisation. If there is any issue regarding
your order we will endeavour to contact you within 36 hours. All
timescales exclude weekends where orders are normally despatched
on the following Monday. Our standard delivery service should
deliver UK mainland orders in 3-5 working days.

Returns & Exchanges
In line with our Mio Mars policy we are pleased to offer a 100%
guarantee that if you are dissatisfied in any way with the products
you have ordered, we will exchange them or provide a refund. The
goods should be returned unworn, all labels intact and all garments
should be in a proper resaleable condition and are required to
be returned within 10 days of receipt.

Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit and debit cards: MasterCard, Visa,
Delta, Switch, Solo. The secure service of Pay Pal offers our
customers the highest level of security, when entering their card
details over the Internet. All Credit/ Debit Cards purchases are
subject to the normal validations checks and authorisation procedures
adapted by the Card Issuer. Any refusal by the Issuer of any Payment
Card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not
render Mio Mars label for any delays or non-delivery.
Product Information
Whilst every effort has been made to display the colours of our
products as accurately as possible on our website, the actual
colours you see will depend on your own monitor. We can not guarantee
that the colour displayed on your monitor will accurately reflect
the colour of the product on delivery. Mio Mars takes all reasonable
care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products
appearing on our website are correct at the time the information
is entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders
where product information has been entered onto our website incorrectly
including prices and promotional activity. Prices are subject
to change and without notice. All goods offered on the Mio Mars
website are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered
is out of stock before your order is accepted, we will notify
you by email as soon as possible. Our website is updated on a
regular basis.

produced a privacy policy statement which is given below. Any
changes to this policy statement will be immediately updated on
our website.
What information do we ask for?

and email address when orders are placed as well as competitions
or other promotional activity used in our website. For payment
purposes we will require postal addresses and payment method details.
As a wish to constantly improve our website we may ask you about
